Jennifer has been facilitating groups for over 20 years. She deepened into her role while studying for a B.Ed in Physical Education with concentrations in Women's, Religious Studies, and Psychology at McGill University.
Since 2001, Jennifer has been learning, living and teaching yoga (the practice of connecting). She loves integrating all styles and traditions of yoga and mindfulness into her practice-from Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Laughter, Chair Yoga, Prenatal, Children's, Forrest and Ayurvedic. Seane Corn and Michael Stone are two yogi mentors that have inspired her to teach from the heart and to connect what is embodied on the mat to our surrounding communities.
