Labour of Love: Preparing for Birth Yoga Retreat 

In this prenatal retreat you will experience how the breath and voice can be essential tools throughout your upcoming labour and initiation into motherhood.  Jennifer will guide you through a yoga practice inspired to connect you to your growing baby, as well as to cultivate your inner strength and self-compassion.  

We will explore a creative activity as a metaphor for your baby's birth and finish our retreat with a relaxing guided meditation to integrate your new learning.  This retreat is offered in person at and virtually on line. 

Mom & Babe Day Retreat

Escape the city and spend the day in Chelsea with other mamas soaking in the elements with a walk along the Gatineau River.  Be nourished with a freshly made delicious lunch and a yoga practice to reconnect to yourself and your baby.
